Very poorly run service. Cut was very choppy! I had to send her back out to her van to complete the grooming, it was so bad! Would NOT recommend. My appointment was pushed back and then cancelled, late in the day, as the groomer was WAY behind schedule. Appointment made for the following day, Sunday, per groomer's recommendation. She was then 2 hours late. My phone call WOKE HER UP.......she explained she normally doesn't work on Sunday as if it was my fault! If she had come on my scheduled appointment time, Saturday, and not recommended the Sunday appointment she wouldn't have been working on that Sunday! SMH To top this off, her van generator was down so she had to park her large van in front of my condo garage to use my electricity and water. Her parking there angered my neighbor. It was NOT a good experience and would never use again!
