The thing that stands out the most about Heinen's on Royalton Rd is the people. They are ALWAYS helpful. People seem genuinely to care about your needs and not like they're just doing it because the boss is watching.
They have a nice selection of pre-prepared foods, hot soups, and a salad bar that I have frequented many a time. Their produce is the best of any local grocery. They also have a sizeable selection of wine and beers you don't normally find in stores that don't specialize in alcohol sales.
The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because, due to its small size, there are certain things that you would assume they'd have but don't, like tweezers. (They may have them now, but did not when I needed them). If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would, but Yelp does not allow this.
All in all, I highly recommend this Heinen's location for grocery shopping.
