I recently signed up and been here a few times. Its an ok gym but smaller than it looks from the outside. Overall the facility and equipment is not bad but it does get really crowded. My issue is the customer service. Horrible. You will not be greeted by the many CSR that work the front desk because there too busy standing around chatting with each other. Also, I had my card charged twice 50 dls instead of 24.95. When I called I spoke with Juan and was told to dispute it with my bank and he can't do anything about it. After that, I've been going to the downtown phx location, where I actually get greeted, even at 5am.
