I went here with a Prom group this last Saturday at which we made reservations a month in advance, we too our prom pictures and noticed we'd be late I called at 5:20 (the reservation was a 5:30)to ask if they would hold our reservations informing them we'd be about 20 minutes late, they then told me it wouldn't be a problem and when she showed up they told us they had given up our table because nobody called. They tried to move us inside but our whole purpose of going to this restaurant was to be outside right next to the water they then made us wait an additiaonal 30 minutes to "build" a table outside where we originally made our reservations, Although all these problems arose our waiter was outstanding make sure everything was perfect and we had everything we wanted, but with the problems between the hostess and the manager I don't believe we will be eating here again.
