Employees know their product and understand what a customer wants. I was impressed the way Sylvia, Dianne and team helped us - asking our need and specs rather than pitch products. Our delivery was missing parts that were provided promptly by the store even when the product was shipped from another location. They were all very helpful and made the shopping experience great.
