They said my dog had cancer. They were pretty vague when questioned. Wanted me to get tons of highly inflated meds and tests. Went to another place in Dilworth to get a second opinion, check up, and biopsy. Turns out he just had fat lumps and an allergic reaction to something.
I'm sure Banfield is great for simple vaccinations and basic health exam, but quality-wise it sort of reminds me of the health department.
