If there was an option for 0 stars I would rate them that. This place is filthy! They finished a pedicure, ran water for about 15 seconds and filled it up for another guest! They did not scrub it, put a new liner in, or anything! They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. There was an elderly woman who was getting a pedicure she expressed that she could still see part of her nail, that the failed to paint. The tech told her if was still that may not have happened. The elderly lady then asked that they contact her daughter to pick her up. The tech was talking to another tech saying how that isn't there responsibility to do that, that she should call on her own, she didn't have time for that etc. I had to call the lady's daughter for her! These people are so horrible rude, filthy and the work is sub par at that. Save your money, go anywhere but here!
