Had a previous BAD service experience with this dealership but decided to give them another try. I called to make an appointment and was told that all the service people were busy and that someone would call me back. After a few days with no call back, I phoned again. The phone just rang on. Called again on another day with the same result - no one picked up the phone. It's now been 2 1/2 weeks - pretty sure no one is calling me back. I called another Honda dealership - phone was answered immediately by a very pleasant person, was transferred to service and they picked up right away. Sorry Meadowvale Honda. You've lost my business. No stars for you even though the system makes me leave one.
Went to Mississauga Honda on Motorway and was VERY impressed and happy with them.
