I have had one of the worst experiences ever with Value City on Sardis Rd ever. On Feb 18th we went in to purchase a sectional with two chairs. We picked it up on Feb 25th and brought it home and immediately after taking alllllllllll that plastic off I found damage to the right portion of the sectional I immediately called back, explained the situation, and was told I would receive an email to send in the pictures of the damage only to have to play phone tag to get the email. After calling and hearing "thank you for calling VCF, please hold" I finally got the email, sent in pictures, and played the waiting game. Eventually,I called and they said oh you sent them to Maritza she's not here anymore so I had to send them in again. Played the waiting game again so I decided to pay a visit on March 4 and was told we'll call you about redelivery. Again I waited no call so I called and then was told it'll be out on the 8th no warning no nothing. Explained that will not work as I must give my job some form of notice and why was I not informed. This is when everything hit the fan her words were well that's what we can do so I told them to pick it up and called corporate. Weeks of calling going back and forth the sectional was replaced on March 14th and I have yet to get a call from the manager as I requested, in fact when I called to speak to the manager I heard "I am leaving for the day and some girls name the manager said was on vacation" so I have yet to speak to the manager. Thank God corporate was able to do a conference call and get it resolved. While I have heard many bad things about the Sardis Rd location I can honestly say I've learned my lesson.
