I had Cool Blew come to my home via a home warranty claim fix a rusted out drain pan and broken AC. Robbie showed up on time and promptly got to work diagnosing the issue. He identified the problem, fixed the issue (bad motor) and had the unit running within an hour of his arrival. The whole time he was professional, courteous of my home and knowledgeable. Within a week, another associate was out to replace the drip pan and that went smoothly as well.
