These apartments are a joke. Period. They landscape the front while they let the back go to crap. The staff is a joke and don't know what is going on with there own property. If you try to contact the owner of the property you have to go through the office. Even if its the office doing something wrong. The manager kat is ghetto as it gets. They will tell you one thing and do another then ask if you have it in writing. If you rent here its like living in a daily weekly. This is one of the worst ran apartments in las vegas. My opinion. DO NOT RENT HERE. Also they have gun happy security patrol who will try to intimidate you.
