After hearing about their great coffee from the Chevron attendant, I decided to give them a try, I had enough gas station coffee - actually, too much.
The guy and a lady at the counter was busy getting drive-by orders but still found time to help me at the walk up counter which was at the opposite side of their building. It wasn't that far away, but still the other side. They were too busy so they called in another lady with a great smile holding what appears to be a tablet to help me.
They asked me how I wanted my coffee in detail and made it for me just like that. It was one of the best coffee I have had in a long time. It made me feel like I was really welcome there and can always count on a good cup of coffee and smiles whenever I needed one - this is great customer service.
I work in similar industry too, so I know what it takes and the results of great service. I will comeback for more coffee for sure.
