If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst spa/membership I've ever had the deepest of regrets getting. For starters, the workers are incompetent, rude, and unhelpful. Whenever I called to schedule an appointment and they assured me they put me down for a time & treatment, it was false, because whenever I arrived, they said I hadn't scheduled an appointment and that I'd have to wait 1-2 hours. Furthermore, the workers were lazy and would never assist in getting the machines set up properly. Whenever I would ask for help they would blatantly roll their eyes as if I were inconveniencing them. In addition, the manager is the absolute worst person to run a business I have ever encountered. Due to family issues, I had to move back home suddenly, therefore needing to cancel my membership. I called 3 times a week for 4 weeks trying to get a hold of the manager to cancel my membership. The workers always said he wasn't in but that he'd call me. He never did. It wasn't until I threatened to report their business to the better business bereau that I finally received a call from the manager. He said that I couldn't cancel my membership unless I came in. I explained to him that I had to move home suddenly and that it wasn't possible for me to come in. He also refused to email me the cancellation papers. Finally after telling him I would report his business he said he could mail the papers, but that I would have to pay my membership for 2 more months due to their 60 day cancellation fee. Although I explained to him that I had been calling for 2 months at this point to cancel it, he said it didn't matter. These people will take any money they can from you. They don't care about running an honorable business. NEVER go here.
