My 2006 Malibu was re-called and I made a 3:00. When I got there I thought, this place looks busy. I was signed in and I asked how long it would take. I was told it would be 1 hour. To my surprise it was 4:00 exactly when the service manager came and got me in the waiting room and said my car was ready to go. I was impressed! I also visited the 'PARTS' department and a very nice man (Mark?) helped me with 3 small parts for my car. Justin did the job on my car for the re-call and he was an angel to help me with an annoying make-up mirror problem I had with my sun visor. I had a good service experience going to Century 3. Thank you
