Dave, the owner of Palm Valley Garage Doors, recently came to my rescue when our garage door opener died, with no emergency release cord attached. In a panic, I called his number at 5:00 a.m. (believing I'd get an answering machine, at that hour), waking him on a Saturday morning...yikes!! He was kind, understanding and helpful, arriving at our home promptly when he said he would 2 hours later. He was able to locate the emergency release and gave me several options and quotes for rectifying my situation. I chose to replace our garage door opener, which he did 2 days later, for the exact dollar amount quoted. He showed up ON TIME and was finished with the work in the time he estimated it would take. I would call Dave again in a heartbeat!! I wish all business people we've worked with were this reliable, professional and honest!!
