The service department is running a scam on unsuspecting customers (perhaps targeting women) . I was told my car needed a new engine due to scoring in the cylinder the estimate was over $25,000!! I went for a second opinion at another shop - they found the scorning to be completely within the normal range and found nothing wrong with the car. Still not certain I took it for one more opinion to a third shop - nothing at all wrong with the car! The car has been driven over 300 miles since and again reviewed by another party. Nothing is wrong with the car. I highly recommend you choose another shop for repairs. I was charged over $800 for their diagnosis, and spent several hundred more just to be certain, as I am not a mechanic. Taking my car to Guaudin Sevice was a costly mistake, I hope I can help you avoid making the same mistake. FYI, to add insult to injury, after misdiagnosing my car and estimating a $25,000 repair, they sent me an email telling me about the specials on new cars, just in case I wanted to trade mine in..... I am convinced it is a scam.
