The company was initially very courteous and friendly at the sales pitch. After they were paid, however, the service was horrible. I had 2 problems and was treated rudely each time. The first time was immediately after installation and I couldn't believe how rude they were. The second issue I had to call for repair twice, and after the second time leaving a message I was told I must have called the wrong number and how do I know its not working. He then proceeded to lecture me on salt bridges which was not the problem. I was then told I'd have to wait on a call back for repair. Wow. I trusted the service since it was at Costco but it definitely is not worth the price paid.
