We called to make an appointment for our puppy to get his first shots. We informed them that he is 7 weeks old. After the doctor gave him a physical, we were told the poopy is 1 week too early for his first shots?! What the hell is that? I don't understand why didn't tell us when we scheduled the appmt. We still had to pay a $54 fee! So now we're supposed to bring him back next week and pay not only the puppy shots but another $54 fee again?!

We also took our 10 yr old Doberman for her yearly shots, and we were told it would cost us over $800!
Will not return ever again!! I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience and wast of time!
