We have lived here for several months now, and love it! The office staff and security staff are so friendly and helpful, which is hard to come by in a city. The apartment is pet friendly which is great! There's even a pet spa on the first floor with two sinks that is so convenient if you have a pet! The gym has tons of work out machines and weights, plus a work out room with free video work outs. There's vending machines for food and drinks, and also free Starbucks coffee in the lounge area, which has wifi and several TVs. There's also a business center with a printer, too. There is no guest parking, but residents can pay for gated off street or garage parking. The location is perfect- a grocery store 300ft away, tons of bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the stadiums and casino. The apartments have also been renovated and are beautiful- I used to live in the Bingham next door and love it here so much more! Washer and dryer in unit, two cable provider options, full closets, stainless steel appliances, beautiful floors, etc. My only complaint is that the fire alarm seems to be pulled once a month-but with so many residents there's only so much they can do to prevent it. Overall I highly recommend the Archer!
