Where do I start. I was in there today with an appointment time of 0930. I got there at 0900. Check in was fast. Will, at 0950, one of the employee cam around with a bullhorn and told everyone the debt/credit card machine is down until further notice. He stated if you don't have cash or check, you will not be seen and they won't hold your place for you. I left and went to CVS which was a mile down the road, got out $200 for my registration renewal and a new Veterans plate for my car. Got back about 10 minutes later and went to ask customer service if my number was called. She said yes. Didn't give me a time when it was called but it was called she said. I told her that I was here this whole time until the guy with the bullhorn told us that you are only accepting cash or check. I'm like WTH!! She goes "I'm sorry", I can put you on the general list...my number was 374. I said are you fucking kidding me right now. If I wanted to go general, I wouldn't have made an appointment. This DMV sucks for lack of customer service. Most of them should be fired for not having any customer service and not having any common sense. People wasted hours of their valuable time to get a new license, registration, or exams. FYI TO THE DMV, wasn't for the people waiting patiently there, you guys wouldn't have a job. TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT and you just might get it back.
