This is a beautiful, professional salon with great staff. Katie Beam is an AMAZING stylist, you can't go wrong booking your next appointment with her. She has turned my hair from dark brown to a natural blonde with highlights that I love! She always listens to what I want and knows what I'm asking for, even if I don't use the right words. She's super sweet and friendly, too. No awkward, forced conversations that can sometimes happen with stylists. The salon is clean, smells amazing and you always get a complimentary hand, arm and neck massage. I feel so pampered after I leave. I feel very lucky to have found Katie Beam and 20 Volume Salon.
