Customer service was poor considering the price of the purchase. Order three fruit trees to be delivered and planted. Called a week before delivery to switch out one breed of lemon tree for another, was assured that this would happen. Called the night before the delivery to find out what time to expect delivery, no returned call. Call the morning of delivery, to make sure they had the correct trees, they didn't , told me they would swing the by nursery to swap out the lemon tree for correct lemon tree before planting. I told them I meet them there within twenty five minutes. Within about fifteen minutes received a call saying they planted the wrong tree. Told me for my troubles they'd give me a free tree, since they planted the wrong one. The installer told me they would call me by then end of the day, he didn't. I called a day later, told me the same thing about getting another lemon tree for free, manager would call to let me know when they would delivery that tree. Day passed by and yet another call to find out about the other lemon tree. They finally called me back to tell me they we're coming back to dig up the one lemon tree and were replacing it with the correct tree. After thinking about it, I kept the wrong planted tree since I had it and watered it for three days. Told the manager about my unhappiness with their customer service he apologized. P.S. Seems to be no consistency to what sales people tell you, to get you to buy trees. Make sure you know everything about the entire process, it changed from when we agreed to buy to when we sat down to pay.
Get all the hidden fees and the warranty, it's not a year unless you willing to pay extra for it.
