I'm very disappointed to give 1 star and really want to give 1 star, but because I frequent here and normally is a 4 star joint! Took my family here visiting from out of state, took forever to get coffee & water. There were no straws given to us. Had to look at our waitress just to get napkins and straws. Ordered the same thing, the ultimate steak and egg, medium well and eggs scrambled soft. Got my food and had a overly super duper cooked steak!. I was hungry too! So it goes back and the waitress brings just the eggs and hash browns & says, I didn't want you to be hungry! . I ordered my food at the same time.. They bring me out a bloody a$$ steak! Yo!! I'm done, so may I get a box, I'll go home and cook it myself. No manager, no anything came over. 19 minutes later, still sitting here with no box, had to ask for coffee again. So the tip game is a wrap! I always tip at least $15! Sad to say, I won't be back, nor bring anyone I know here.
