I came here on a Monday night with a tonsil infection, and was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. Literally everyone from the person who checked me in, to the nurse who triaged me, to the doctor were wonderful. This was particularly surprising in light of the fact that while I was waiting to be seen, three or four angry, impatient people stormed out after shouting at the staff about the wait time. If you can't stand to wait- don't go to urgent care! The deal is that you get care without an appointment BECAUSE you're willing to wait an hour or so for it. Wait time is no reflection of the quality of the care center. This place even called in a second doctor at 9pm because they didn't want the patients to wait too long.
Anyway, point being- the staff here are fantastic and I would highly recommend this place if you're not one of those jerks who refuses to wait to be seen.
