Just had these guys come today and they were awesome! Talked to Rick to schedule. Let me know to vacuum before, move things off the floor, and vacuum once the carpet is dried. Two guys came out. They cleaned up ALL the stains from a one year old and all the potty mistakes from a puppy. My carpets are nice and fluffy again. They even cleaned my rug that was downstairs! How nice of them. We had them do a tile demo. I was really sad when we bought our house because the sealer we used, didn't seal our grout so our tile is horrendous but the demo area made it look like new! We are having them back once we get a price quote for the tile. No, it's not the cheap 54 for 4 rooms crap of a job. You get what you pay for. But the price was NOT expensive. The guys called 15 min prior to arrival, came right at the beginning of the arrival window, and finished in an hour. Will be using there services again. Not to mention there is not an overbearing chemical smell but the house smells nice and clean :) happy Asian pregnant lady! Made my nesting time that much greater
