I live in California and I am in the middle of receiving absolutely appalling customer service with regard to moving out of my previous apartment complex. There were charges on my bill which I did not agree with. I have been phoning numerous times now without any help - my details were taken and I was told "The person who deals with these issues is away from her desk. I will take your details and have her call you back". I waited for that call, which never came.I then spoke to a couple of people and have been informed that my case is being handled by Patty - one of these agents told me she had left a message with Patty, and could see in the system that the case had indeed been assigned to her. Over the past few days I have phoned and been put through to Patty's voicemail, leaving my name, number, and detailed information, and still I receive no call back. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now that I have been waiting for a simple call back. I've taken to calling on a daily basis and being put through to Patty's phone, leaving messages every day (since she never answers the phone) asking for a simple phone call. Apparently phone usage is not her strong point. Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid if at all possible.
