Went to scope out the place before making a reservation for a group of 10
(Since they charge a $50 non-refundable deposit for 2 lanes on a weekend... to be "fair" they allow you to change the date if you need to)
It was a league night it seems so all lanes were "full" (saw at least 3 lanes not being used). The guys behind the counter were incredibly NOT caring for our business at all, granted we're just 2 people.
They just said 30mins and looked away, every time I tried asking if I should come back in 30mins or if they're going to get us, or if we're the next ones to get a lane, they turned away?!? It was a laughable moment because it was in your face rudeness.
We walked out.
