I am so sad. I went in to get the Brazillian blowout... as you can see from my after picture she didn't do a good job. Of course I didn't know this until I rinsed my hair and let it dry into a frizz ball. The real problem though is I have left voicemails and sent emails asking for her to please fix it or give me a refund. She has not responded at all. I just can't recommend a stylist who won't fix something that went wrong or at least communicate with you to try to resolve the issue. and here I thought that I finally found a new stylist because she did so well on my color...I feel like she scammed me out of $120.
