I had an appointment setup for 9am, didn't hear from the technician until 930. Technician stated that they were about 15 minutes out from arrival. At 10:15, my husband who was home waiting for them to arrive, called the technician asking where they were and why they had not arrived yet. They finally showed up at 10:30, with no apologies for being late (not when they arrived or after they completed the job). They also upcharged us for additional square footage beyond what the Groupon included, which I am totally fine with, but did not offer any kind of discount due to being late. My husband said that the technician did not seem even somewhat professional or care about the job. This has always been my biggest hesitation in purchasing service related Groupons, as you don't know what you will get until they show up. I wish I hadn't spent this money with GCS Carpet. They also never answer their business phone, you have to wait hours to hear back from someone. I have been contacted and we are working towards a resolution for the issues that have been mentioned.
