I have to agree with other posters that front desk staff of the med spa is RUDE. On my last visit I walked up to the counter and was not greeted. I asked the staff what they needed me to do in order to be acknowledged in so many words. Their response was, "sign in" and they didn't even look at me. Lol! I did get a chance to venture over to the hair salon checkout to purchase products and it was like entering another dimension lol. The staff on that side are way sweeter and helpful.
As far as my actual service goes, I see Sam. She is friken awesome! She's kind and personable, professional and has given me good incentives to come back regularly. You CANNOT beat the prices here for injections and fillers etc. No one else in town can match the deals you get here for being loyal. I don't know how they do it, but I'm not complaining. I will never trust anyone else with my wallet and my face besides Sam.
