I was definitely not having it with the worst service in the world today. Literally I was genuinely excited to try this place out and when I came in at 6, no line and no one at front. Someone from the back saw us for a quick second and went to the back. And we were just waiting for what felt like hours until a worker who just finished with a phone call outside came in and helped us. She apologized for the wait and said that if no one was at the front, I could yell out for someone because theyre all in the back. Well, what does that tell me about their customer service then? Maybe I'll come back and re-review this place because the sandwhiches we got (knuckle sandwich and skinny dip) were actually very delicious but not enough for me to change my ranking at this moment.
