Went there with my sister on a cold Tuesday afternoon for the therapeutic waters. The staff were friendly and explained exactly what the different waters were for. The best part of the water circuit was the green tea pool. It was so relaxing. And Rachel McAdams was there!
It got pretty busy around 1-2 pm and a couple of times I had to wait to do the smaller pools (green tea and cold plunge). I can only image how busy it must get on weekends. I was able to go through the circuit twice in about 2 hours. The change room is amazing, hair products and applicances are available for use. This would be a really nice place to get together with some girl friends.
