We have lived here for 10 months now. When we moved here we were impressed on how the place looked. We were looking for and willing to pay a little more for the luxury style apartments. We want a gated community, nice pool area, bbq grills throughout the community, pet friendly, and nice apartments. We found all that here. But since we have moved in the gates have been not been operational more then they work. Had a bbq by are apartment that was broken asked several times to have it fixed. All it needed was a couple of nuts & bolts to hold the lid in place and some new knobs. So the resolution to the fix was to remove it so now there is a hole where to bbq was. Put work orders in and they take awhile to get to. Here the past 2 months been running out of doggie bags at the dog stations ask to be filled and nothing. Really disappointing for the price we pay to stay here. At times the staff gets rude like your a bother. It's like "Excuse me for what I pay to live here I expect things to work and get done."
