This review is about the Auto Center. Yes I realize you get what you pay for! I pull up to the back section of Walmart service center area to I inquired about having my oil changed and windshield wiper blades. What happen to the days when the service ppl came out to your car and greeted you with a smile and actually ask how can we help you today??? After about 3 minutes I go inside only to find the 2 service center staff are in the customer waiting area watch TV engaged in a conversation as well as looking at those of us pull up to have our car serviced. I mention to the lady working the register that it could be helpful to put a sign out to inform customers to please come inside. And she looked at me like a deer in headlights only to utter "umm umm in the earlier part of the day we're out there" She starts to get my info only to tell me they can not change the oil in my car bring they don't have the right filter for my car. From this experience I've decided I'm done with Walmart's service center. The place on Val Vista and Baseline has much better service and you can watch your car the whole time as the service people work on your car.
