Treasure Island used to be much nicer. We had to book room for soccer tournament. Got to hotel around 730 pm. The guy who checked us in walked away and spoke with another colleague and returned and gave us our room keys. Upon walking into room we were overwhelmed by sewage smell. I called front desk right away and they said they will have someone come fix it. The smell was so bad I called front desk again and asked to have room changed. They said they had no more double queen bed room and i would have to take a room with 1 king bed. We had booked the hotel months in advance for Two queen beds. Needless to say I was very disappointed. We stayed outside the room in the hallway because smell was so bad until new room keys brought up to us. After paying room fees plus resort fees. It's not really worth it. Next time I will encourage our soccer team to choose another hotel to stay at that doesn't give foul smelling rooms out.
