Ice Cube Air saved us from this week's heat wave!
I was assigned Ice Cube Air from my home warranty company. I yelp everything and was a little hesitant from the other reviews here but tried to keep an open mind. My AC blew out and I was hoping to get a repair sooner rather than later. The fine folks at Ice Cube Air called me to set up an appointment almost immediately after I hung up with my warranty company. I explained about my work hours and they said they could call me with a 45 minute notice so I had time to get home. I wish more companies would do that! My scheduled time frame was between 10 and 2pm. To my surprise, they called bright and early around 8 and asked if they could come SOONER! Um, yes please!!! Steve arrived and checked out my unit. He was polite and professional. I needed a simple fix of a new capacitor. Done in 10 minutes and I was out the door in no time. Thanks Ice Cube Air! :)
