This review refers to their shoe/boot department in particular.
In a nut shell the service was beyond expectations. The salesperson and the manager of the department helped me find a pair of winter boots that fit, and for a fair price. That would normally seem pretty obvious, but in this case it was not as easy as; What size...Great-it-fits... Sure I'll-take-it!
This time around (and somewhat uncommon for me), I had a lot of trouble with the fit of several models (made in different countries, therefore different factories - I won't get into too many details). What I will highlight is, their patience, despite it being a very busy time of year.
They totally got what makes services stand out, [whereas the staff at another of their mall locations did not], and this why I rocked it over to this location. It was a while back, but I've now done the right thing with respect to the excellent shoe department staff - by writing this.
