Selection of electronics is very poor, staff is relatively knowledgeable and polite, the biggest problem I had with this joint is communication: I purchased set oh headphones by Bose, while selecting the headphones, I spoke to two sales representatives and none of them even mentioned a final sale detail on headphones, I didn't like the headphones and decided to return it next day and was shocked when being told they wouldn't even consider a store credit, the manager was repeating that no return policy is written on my receipt and I made my point of saying that the only way to see that stuff written on a receipt is to bye it first, which doesn't make any sense, since I had to be told Before purchase not after!!!
No more Best Buy in that location for me.....
