I was blown away at the quality and authenticity of the food. I didn't find any American favorites like General Tso's Chicken (which was fine) but I did find a lot of authentic Hong Kong stye dishes which did not disappoint. I had several dumplings which exploded with warm tasty soup in my mouth as well as a few vegetable dishes. I loved the service - the daughter of the family was our server and she filled us in on a lot of details on the food as well as her culture. We felt at home and walked out wanting to plan a trip to China. I highly recommend anyone looking for incredible food to try Chous.
