UPDATE: A response from Henderson Mgmt was posted on my review and those reviews of others. In it Henderson condescendingly and patronizingly tells me the obvious: that "there are many factors" involved in maintaining a community. But they never accept responsibility for their 5 year span of rendering HORRIBLE service. This is well documented. Looks like they will never change. No surprise. Henderson continues to suck!
