It started out as what was supposed to be a decent meal, but that all changed after the first five minutes. The waitress, who was as mean as a snake, gave me a disgusted look as I asked for pesto to go with the bread. She then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have pesto, though it was right on the menu. My veal was insanely overcooked and the tenderness was comparable to that of rocks. The sauce that the veal came in had the acidity of concentrated white vinegar. The bread, however, was pretty nice. When it came time to get dessert, I had ordered the almond cake, the waitress left for a while, then came back and told me that there was no almond cake, and when one of my family members joked about it, the waitress rolled her eyes so hard that I thought she might flip over. The level of disgust that I left the restaurant with was of incalculable magnitude.
