I had some carpet ripped out and about 850sq. ft of wood laminate put it. I made an online inquiry, was contacted within 24 hours (I think they even called me on a Sunday), and after a good hour long appt with Evan, the designer/planner, I had an installatiom appt for the next day since I was in a tight bind for getting this completed due to my work schedule. The guys they sent out, Carlos and another gentleman, didnt say much but it showed in their dedication to their work. Really precise cuts, even ends at the baseboards, and they were really clean throughout the process. The flooring was done in a day and a half and a couple days later a guy came out to retack the carpet edges that were cut. My only 2 complaints are the gentleman who showed up to retack the carpet seemed to complain that he didn't have enough light even after I opened all blinds, curtains, and turned on all the lights I had at 11am on sunny day. He also showed up rather unprepared and asked to borrow multiple things like a plastic bag to clean up the mess he made as well as a broom and dust pan. These aren't major things but seem to be no brainers to bring to a job. He did a good job although I discovered, by way of bare feet, a couple of the staples are sticking up still which I didn't catch before he left. My other complaint was that I had to schedule another 4 hour time gap on another day for someone to retack the carpet and was not called to notify me of the estimated time of arrival- I had to call them. This was a small inconvenience for me because I work nights and the morning hours are essentially late night hours for me. Overall, I am very happy with the end result and I can't stop admiring my new flooring everytime I walk in the house.
