I have an older condominium and used to have a variety of pests and a previous service , but I was shopping around for a new one , I came across reliable on Yelp and read their reviews , I called them and got an immediate response and they were able to fit me into their schedule and respect mine as well , their service and dedication to providing great customer service are un matched !! I asked them if they could come right away because I was adopting two puppies in a couple days and the owner explained the chemicals used and any possible interactions that may happen with the pups and they fit me into their weekend schedule to allow time for chemicals to dry before the pups arrived !!! As for the service, the man came on time actually a bit early which was a relief ( I had to work later ) and he was very friendly and was in and out in no time! I told him about puppies coming and he also explained the chemicals used and made me feel confident that I made the right choice in choosing reliable as my exterminator , I did set up a quarterly service and I am looking forward to a pest free home !
