After discovering the store, we quickly spent $100. One item was a step stool that cracked after little use. The store refused to replace it or credit us because it was over 30 days (about 90 days, I think - we didn't use the stool very much). Seemed odd, given that the stool was pretty obviously defective (holds 300 lbs; no one in our house is more than 140 lbs).
We had to ask for the manager, who said we could try contacting the manufacturer. When we did, we found out the stool had been recalled because it cracks and people have been injured. They refunded us immediately and were surprised to learn Pop Deluxe was still selling it.
We're done with Pop Deluxe and are making sure everyone we know knows our experience but if you buy from them, make sure you're okay with no customer service when you need or expect it.
