I'm adding to the negative reviews. This is a terrible management company if you can avoid it please do. I've called them multiple times because the landscaping is terrible and trash is just blown under our cars, the trash does not get picked up. In addition to the ridiculous monthly fee, homeowners are now being required to paint the exterior of the homes. The letter stated an "inspection" was performed and it has been determined my house needed new paint, I called and asked for proof of the inspection. I was told there was no official inspection someone just drove by and looked at the homes and since we live in AZ houses should be painted every 4-7 years.... the paint on my house is perfectly fine. My other property has an HOA with a significantly lower monthly fee and the community appearance is significantly better I wish we could just get rid of them and get a management company that actually does their job not just takes our money!
