I am a concierge on the strip and had a couple walk up to voice their opinion about this company. They booked the Grand Canyon tour for 11/28/2015 and were picked up at 630 am. An hour and a half after they were picked up they had a tire blow out and were told that they were going to send another bus to pick them up to continue their tour. It took 3-4 hours for the bus to be fixed, once it was they did not get to continue on to the Grand Canyon they turned around and came back to Las Vegas. When the guests asked if they were getting a refund the driver told them "there are NO refunds". Working at a concierge desk this is an absolutely ridiculous answer as it is not the guests fault and they should get a refund! They also expressed another guests issue as well. Two young girls were traveling to the south rim to stay the night in the cabin. The girls asked the driver where they were supposed to stay back in Vegas because they had already booked their night at the Canyon. The driver told them "That's not my problem" the girls cried the whole way back. Needless to say since I am a concierge I will make sure I tell all of our employees at our properties about this tour company and make sure that when a guest comes up asking about the tour that we will encourage them to spend $60 more for a more reputable company that CARES about their guests. Great job, Grand Canyon Tours.
