Waited 48 minutes in flooring for someone to help me, ask three different times for someone to help me, no one came! I stood in flooring called the store twice to speak to the Manager, "NO" one would even answer the phone!! Took 18 minutes for the store assistant manager to show up.
Which was sitting in the back room while he knew two of his flooring employees didn't show up for work on a Friday. Four different men were waiting with me became aggravated and left, they were getting ready to start projects tomorrow and Lowe's assistant manager was sitting in the back not helping anybody. If I knew I was short-handed and it's Friday, you bet I'd be on the floor and that's exactly what I told him....
He said I'm sorry, but didn't even ask how I could help you!!!
