Seriously the worst company ever!
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! My boyfriend ordered a bouquet for me to be picked up today at 4:30 he gets there and no bouquet is ready. After going up to the register many times to ask about how much longer will it be and the response he kept getting was they were working on it. A lot of other angry customers were there with the same issue. At 5:45 he goes up to ask for a refund and again the lady comes out and says I'm wrapping yours up it'll be out shortly. Finally at 6:10 he asks again for a refund and she says I'm finishing it up give me 5 minutes and as she's walking back she glances at a bouquet sitting on the counter and asks the 2 receptionist who's this and they said they didn't know turns out it was my bouquet that had been sitting there for over an hour!!!! At this point he is so frustrated he leaves when we finally get to our reservations the strawberries were so soggy and gross i had to throw them out!! I will be calling tomorrow to get him a refund.
