I spoke with the owner, Angelo, today. He said he did not hear of my son's bad experience back in May 2013 & he had not seen my yelp review until recently. He seemed sincerely apologetic for our bad experience at Rose Tuxedo and was willing to fix things. I think anyone that is willing to go out of his way to fix their mistake & make things right, like this owner is doing, definitely deserves to keep our business.
