I really appreciate the front office, especially Daisy. They have been so helpful and accommodating with my change in moving plans - which included signing an intent to leave, changing my mind and moving that towards a month to month lease and then signing a new lease to a larger apartment on the property. My move in date is on a Saturday, and while they don't open till 10 am they were able to work with me so that I could get my keys earlier and move in at 8 am on Saturday.
The maintenance guys are respectful and clean, and when asked to go the extra mile (like cleaning up bird poop on my patio after not having a pigeon screen) they did it without hesitation. I havent had an issue with them not being prompt in fixing my issues either which is really appreciated.
